🍱Food and drink: Our editor CM and tech guru Amber had some really good lunch the other day:
Okay, here’s the deal with the halloumi topped fries from We Love Falafel, and to be honest they’re a big deal. A big deal. Halloumi loaded fries. So. We’ve got mild chilli relish garlic coriander and lemon mayonnaise. These fries might be the cleanest fries. Cleanest in the way that a show car is clean, like everything is perfect. It’s a complete picture. It’s the works: halloumi pieces, decent fries, little bits of pepper and red cabbage. There’s some jalapeño and the sauces are messy in the right way. They’ve given us a fork and that’s when you know what you’re in for. They’re naughty but you don’t feel bad about having them for lunch. It’s a bit like the salad off of a donner kebab with fries and halloumi.
